Quick Start Guide

This guide will help you quickly set up your first AI chatbot with NeuralTalk AI and deploy it to your preferred platform.

1. Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.neuraltalk.ai
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. Complete your profile setup

2. Create Your First Chatbot

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

    After logging in, you'll be directed to your dashboard. Click on the "Create Chatbot" button to get started.

  2. Enter Basic Information

    Fill in the required fields:

    • Chatbot name
    • Description
    • Category (Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
    • Language
  3. Customize Your Chatbot

    Configure your chatbot's appearance and behavior:

    • Personality (Professional, Friendly, etc.)
    • Response style
    • Avatar (optional)
    • Welcome message

3. Add Knowledge to Your Chatbot

You can train your chatbot with specific information in several ways:

Website Import

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab
  2. Select Website Import
  3. Enter your website URL
  4. Choose crawling depth and pages to include/exclude
  5. Click Start Import

Document Upload

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab
  2. Select Document Upload
  3. Drag and drop or browse for files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.)
  4. Wait for processing to complete

Manual Entry

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab
  2. Select Manual Entry
  3. Create Q&A pairs, articles, or structured data
  4. Save your entries

4. Test Your Chatbot

Before deployment, it's important to test your chatbot:

  1. Go to the Test tab
  2. Start a conversation with your chatbot
  3. Verify that responses are accurate and helpful
  4. Make adjustments to settings or knowledge as needed

5. Deploy Your Chatbot

Website Integration

  1. Go to the Deploy tab
  2. Select Website Widget
  3. Customize widget appearance
  4. Copy the generated JavaScript snippet
  5. Paste the snippet into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag

Messaging Platform Integration

  1. Go to the Deploy tab
  2. Select your preferred platform (Telegram, Slack, Discord)
  3. Follow the platform-specific integration steps
  4. Test the integration

6. Monitor and Improve

  1. Visit the Analytics tab to monitor performance
  2. Review conversation logs to identify improvement areas
  3. Update your knowledge base based on user interactions
  4. Adjust settings to optimize performance
